1. Product filling system
before we turn on the packing machine, we put the products into the hopper which is made of 304 stain steel. The product will be weighed by the different filling systems, for example, granules like rice, sugar, and tea leaves weighed by a volumetric cup or multi-head weigher.

2. Packing film transport
when the granule vertical packaging machine is operating, a single sheet of packing film material is usually pulled off the roll by film transport belts, which are positioned to the bag forming.

3. Bag forming
From here, the film enters a forming tube which is customized based on customer bag width. It is folded around the forming tube with the two outer edges of the film overlapping each other. This is the beginning of the bag-making process.

4. Bag sealing and cutting
After the product is filled and inside the bag, the cutter who has a heater inside moves forward and cuts the bag. This is the end of the whole packing cycle time on a vertical packing machine.

5. Other optional equipment
The finished bag can be discharged onto a conveyor or to other machines like a check weigher, metal detector, carton packing machine, etc.
