- Feeding: The products (screw/nail/fasten/pill/hardware) are usually stored in a hopper or a bulk container. The machine uses a feeding mechanism, such as a conveyor belt or a vibratory feeder, to transfer the products from the storage container to the counting area.
- Counting: Once the products reach the counting area, various counting methods can be employed. - Packaging: Once the products are sorted, they are directed to the packaging station. The packaging material, for example, OPP/CPP is prepared and positioned to receive the products
